Our Flourless chocolate fondant cake is twice baked, and made using the finest dark Valrhona chocolate. It is essentially like a chocolate mousse cake with a brownie- like base texture. Please note there are two options for this cake: one which is coated in cocoa powder and a touch of gold leaf and the other which has a fruit and flowers decoration.
